To better serve you, a 48-hour notice is highly recommended. Upon receiving your request, we will do our best to assign you a driver. You will be notified via text or email if we are able to fulfill your request.
What type of appointment do you have?

Your insurance provider may cover the cost of your NEMT trip if it meets the following criteria:
1. The trip is a medical necessity.
2. The service being provided at your appointment is covered by your provider.
3. The facility you are going to is registered and active with your insurance provider.
* If your appointment doesn’t meet the criteria above, it is not covered by your health plan, and there may be an out-of-pocket cost for transportation services.
